My dear dear darling Joian, Mummy loves you :)
Joian now can sit on his own.
He likes to stand (with support). And he is most happy when he is at home, because he can climb up and down, he can crawl here and there ;p
His favourite toys -- Mummy's handphone and his pacifier :0
Most noticeable feature -- his big round eyes. Something that people will always comment when we go out.

Jun Ying came over to my house to watch the F1 Japan Grand Prix. He is interested in F1 these days. Hmm... I wondered if I would be interested in F1 one day?

Gave Joian two teaspoons of rice cereals today. He took it very well :)
He finished all. I think I could give him more and the cereal could be thicker :)

Joian's first solid food

Our little darling is finally 6 months old, and is all ready for solid food (I hope so...).

I was actually quite nervous and excited about giving Joian his first solid food. Have asked around to check what to give and how to give. After asking around, I bought Heinz rice cereals for Joian. I followed the instructions given, and gave him only a teaspoon. At first he was not used to eating from spoon, he kept sticking out his tongue. But after awhile, he kinda knew how to eat, and he finished that one teaspoon of cereal :) Shall give him two teaspoons tomorrow :)

Uncle Frankie's & Aunty Christine's wedding

Today is my first time attending a wedding dinner.
Hee... I must say I was very well behaved, though I cried a little...
Daddy and mummy didn't take along the stroller, as they were worried that it would be a hindrance. They took turn to carry me and halfway through the dinner, I slept in mummy's arms :)

Simply can't stop

Eversince little Joian is able to 'crawl', he simply couldn't stop moving.
So let's see what he was trying to do...

A day out at Suntec

We started the day with breakfast at Macdonald. Then we went to Sim Lim Square to shop. Hubby wanted to buy some sata PCI thingy (which I don't know what it is). We then went to Suntec. Whenever we are at Suntec, we would usually go to Anderson ice-cream to have my favourite 'Happy Brownie'. Hubby would usually order a cake. Today he ordered a tiramisu.
A reason to shop at Suntec was because I wanted to buy a pair of shoes from Aldo. I saw a pair 2 days ago, but didn't buy due to a little defect on the shoes. However the Suntec outlet didn't have the pair that I wanted. Well... that saved my money :)

New gadget

My sis passed me an exersaucer. Initially Joian was excited, but his curosity was soon worn off, real soon. Hopefully he would find it interesting again tomorrow...

Today I was surprised to see that our darling crawl across a mattress. Wow... and he was really fast. He didn't actually crawl on his knees, he used his head and tummy to push himself forward. Good job, darling :)

All ready to crawl

Nowadays, once Joian is on his tummy, he would be in the crawling-ready position. However as he couldn't crawl yet, he would start to cry :P

Visit to Doc - 3rd jab

Took Joian for his 6-in-1 3rd jab and the pneumococcal vaccination. He cried when Dr Lim gave him the 2 jabs, but for just awhile. He is now weighing 6.4kg and is about 64cm long. Doc told us that his weight and height belong to the 25th percentile, is bon the smaller side, but he is not underweight. His head circumference belongs to the 50th percentile :). Doc also said that his legs are very steady, and he can do the kangaroo sit for 5 seconds. Doc said that this is a 7 month development :)
