First tooth ;p

Little Joian has his first tooth, ha.... so cute.
Hubby realised that Joian has a tooth when he fed him from a glass. Hubby heard the clattering of Joian's tooth with the glass.

This is what Joian likes to do when we put him on the mattress.

KylieX 2008 Concert

Hubby and I went to Kylie's concert yesterday. It was my first time watching such concert. It was fun and cool, and I got to dance with so many people :) Tickets weren't cheap though, we bought the $250 per pax ticket, but quite worth it... with the visual effects, the audio, Kylie herself, the dancers, the band :)
One of my favourite songs.... can't get you out of my head.... hee....

Dinner at Madjack

Good little Joian waited patiently for us to finish dinner before he 'disturbed' us.
Madjack is an eatery at Jalan Kayu. The food there is nice.
I had a Blue Mountain beef burger, tallest burger in town (as stated in the menu).
Hubby had chicken chop :).
I will try their brownie on our next visit ;p

A relaxed Saturday

Went United Square last weekend, as there was Motherhood Fair. However it was very disappointing. It was a real small mini scale fair. We just stopped at one stall, and then we went to Mac to have our dinner.
I like the nursing room at United Square. It has three nursing rooms, hot water, and most importantly, it is clean. While waiting for our turn to nurse Joian, we put him on the changing station, and there he was, entertaining himself :)
We then went to the Singtel Fair and other exhibitions held at Suntec. We carried Joian all day long, and when we finally put him down on the floor, he was so happy :)

Seven months old :)

Our darling is 7 months old :0
Getting naughtier and more demanding with each passing day...Most of the time, he would want us to carry him. There was one time, I did some housework with him strapped in the carrier. However, our darling would at least allow us to have our meals, while he waited 'patiently' in his stroller or baby chair ;p
Joian is now able to:
- crawl very well
- crawl towards us, to the toys which he wants
- self stand with support
- cruise along the sofa, and he could do it quite fast
- sit without support
His gross motor skills are quite fast developed, but not his verbal skills ;0

Cool little boy...

Yesterday, Daddy and Mummy went to a nearby coffeeshop for their dinner, and as usual I was in my stroller, waiting patiently for them to finish.
I was playing with my make-do toy, hee... a piece of receipt, when one aunty started to comment that I have very big eyes. She also tried to make me smile, but well... I'm a cool boy(remember?!), I didn't smile... When she left, came another aunty, also commenting on my eyes ;p
Throughout the dinner, there were quite a few aunties stopping by the table and looking at me, trying to make me smile, but I just woouldn't. Mummy did tell the aunties that I was actually very sleepy, but well... you see... I was so cute, that the aunties chose not to listen to mummy. Heh... I felt I was in the zoo, just that I was the 'animal' attracting the visitors, ha...

Hee... today darling let go of support, and could stand for 1 second :)

There was one day, when I reached home, feeling very thirsty. Hence with Joian in my arms, I drank water from my water bottle. Joian was looking at me intensely, he looked as if he wanted to drink too. So I put the bottle to his mouth, and he eagerly drank from it.
Such a naughty little fellow.... For days, we have been trying to feed water using his milk bottle, he simply refused to drink from it. Now that he saw me drinking from bottle, he wanted to follow suit, naughty or smart?? :)

Little pink boy :p

Joian's favourite past time - cruising along the sofa.

Hubby was surfing the net.
Joian was very focussed in looking at daddy ;0

Joian can travel lo ;p

Went ICA to collect Joian's passport. We waited for 2 hours plus! Glad that there was a nursing room, so I was able to bf darling. We then went to Bugis Junction to collect our tickets for KylieX2008 concert.
We decicided to go East Coast Park for dinner as it has been a long time since we last been there. Had a nice stroll at the park (though there wasn't much breeze ):)
By the time we finished our walk, darling was already sleeping in his daddy's arms :)

Chilling out

I like Friday! Don't have to work, can wake up late the next day!! So the 3 of us took a walk around the Anchorvale CC. Found out that there is a cafe, Brew Baker's, at the CC. We went in to try their cakes and drinks. I ordered a brownie and urgh, it wasn't nice :(
Hubby had a latte, not too bad, drinkable. though the food wasn't that fantastic, but the ambience was nice. It was nice chilling out with our little darling. And as usual, he was busy looking around, touching stuffs and of cos standing up and down :)

Happy me :)

Why am I so happy? Can you make a guess?
Hee hee, because I gotta taste the tasty bla bla wood, ha ha...

Safe in the cot?

Daddy finally lowered the cot :)
Now I can stand in it, without Daddy and Mummy worrying ;p

See how I slowly grabbed my piglet ;p

See how confidently I stood, without support.
Heh... Daddy & Mummy were so amazed by me ;p

Henderson Waves

Last Saturday, Daddy and Mummy brought me for a night walk at the Henderson Waves. It is the highest pedestrian bridge in Singapore. I wasn't scared at all, but I could tell that Mummy was rather scared of its height.

Daily activities

Darling Joian likes to crawl here and there, stand up and down :)
Couldn't resist taking all his moves :)

Ha... so engrossed ;o

Watching daddy playing X-box game ;p
