First Sign of Labour!

At home
At about 3 am plus in the morning, I felt something wet on my shorts. At first I thought, hee, maybe it was just some urine leaking (urrgh...).
Baby was moving quite alot this morning, hence making me feel like going toilet more often, so I pulled myself out of the bed and went toilet. Just when I was going to settle myself on the toilet bowl, I felt something tickling down my thigh, oops, it was blood... I was panicked, quickly called out to hubby. He responded very fast, his first thought was that I broke my waterbag. He did not really hear me say that it was a show. When he knew that it was just a show, he was very calm, called the hospital, which transferred us to my gynae, who was also a very calm lady. As I felt no contractions, she said to see her in the morning.
So much for the drama, yet nothing happened :) We went back to sleep. It was then 4 am in the morning. Hubby could sleep, but not me. I kept going to the toilet, cos baby really moved alot this morning, first time ever. Maybe he was trying to tell me that he is ok :) I finally got to sleep at about 6.30 am. We woke up at 7.30 am, to get ready to see doc. I was hoping that baby may pop today :)

At the Clinic

After the check up, doc said that waterbag is still intact, and that I have dilated 1 cm. She asked if I felt any contractions, I said no, not sure... she must think that I am rather dumb... Doc told me that if I want to speed thing up, I could break my waterbag, however she did say that it was not necessary. She said I could wait for my contractions to come. I think so too.

She then put me on the CTG, to check for baby's heartbeats and my contractions. Some pictures of me doing CTG, and hubby waiting for me :)

The CTG results showed that I was in fact having contractions, so doc asked me again if I felt anything. My answer was still 'No', just feel like doing some big business in the toilet, hee...

She said maybe I could walk around the hospital and may want to go back in a while (labour ward??)

Well, we went home, to wait for the contractions... Time now is about 1.55 pm, still no pain...
